Magnus is now 7 months old and looking like a right little boy! He is 71.5cm and about 9kg – 75th percentile for both height and weight. He’s definitely piled on the pounds since eating real food!
Is he crawling yet???…um…maybe! He can push himself forward in a ‘caterpillar like’ movement, so can get to the toy he wants to play with. He starting doing that this week, after lots of time spent up on all fours and rocking back and forward.
Today Magnus saw a helicopter in the sky for the first time – it was pretty cool to watch his eyes track it through the sky 
We’ve been able to spend a bit of time outside exploring the backyard (now that it’s a bit warmer) and Magnus is still quite dubious about grass – he reaches out to touch it and then quickly puts his hands back on the blanket.
Eating is still Magnus’ favourite thing to do. He has 3 meals a day and eats truck loads, and very quickly! He had an audience last weekend when all the ante natal Dad’s were watching in awe as Magnus scoffed down his lunch. Bath time has to be his second favourite thing, and has been great to help him learn how to crawl. He moves up and down swimming non stop.
