Magnus Jordan Martin – 5 Months Old
Weight 7.6 kg and Height 68 cm
All is going well in the Martin house hold. Magnus has become quite the little chatterbox this month. My favourite is when he looks over his shoulder in the car seat to look at me and makes lots of noises to get my attention – too cute! Magnus has also become quite a snuggly thing – my sister Pip told me boys are very cuddly, and now I believe it. He loves to snuggle in and Mum feels like the luckiest thing in the world when she gets kisses (which involves lots of slobber of course!!!). His favourite thing to do is reach out for Mum or Dads face and pinch our nose or have his hand gobbled up by Dad!
Play time has become quite challenging because Magnus is pretty much over his play gym and being on the floor. He’s still not moving and seems to be a bit frustrated about that, but we’re very relieved! The latest toy is an exersaurcer which he loves because he’s upright and off the ground.
Magnus has now started real food – his menu consists of carrot, pumpkin, apple and pear and he loves all of it! He gobbles it all up very quickly and always cries for more, but we have to hold him back otherwise he eats way too much and it all just comes back up again!

Magnus has definitely found his feet and loves playing with them and trying to get them into his mouth – feet are probably one of his favourite toys at the moment!

“I’m a big boy sitting on the couch!” Magnus can’t quite sit on his own yet, but he’s getting there.

Bath time is still loads of fun! Here’s a great shot of Dad pouring water on Magnus’ head! He loves it!!!
