Tomorrow Magnus is 4 months old…already! We’re off to Dunedin tomorrow to brave the cold, spend some time with family and go to a friends wedding. Magnus’ first trip to the South Island and Mum’s home town 
Magnus is now rolling like mad from his back to his tummy, but seems to have forgotten how to roll from tummy to back! Which is great as we don’t want him rolling all over the place just yet. We have a hard time keeping him on his back because he wants to roll over all the time…so have to pin him down for a nappy change or to get him dressed. When on his tummy there is lots of grunting in frustration as he’s trying to take off, but can’t quite do it yet. His little legs are going like mad trying to push him forward…he’s determined thats for sure! He’s developed this gorgeous little dance move when lying on his back – he lifts his hips and bum off the floor and twists while moving his knees from side to side – very cute!
Magnus loves his bath time and makes loads of splashes. He especially loves when Dad tips loads of water over his head! He holds his breath and gasps for a few seconds (so does Mum) and then he smiles…so obviously enjoys it! Just one more month and we can take him swimming!
Well must go and pack – so many things you have to take now with a little one in tow!
